SIS Group’s GTO Cadre is an exclusive job program aimed at preparing Business Leaders from the young generation looking for fulltime jobs in Security and Allied Sectors after completing their graduation/equivalent qualifications. Candidates undergo 03months Basic Training for Officer Level jobs in Security Sector in CTA Garhwa. Thereafter, they need to go for On Job Training for another 02 months. On successful completion of training, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with one of the sixteen companies of SIS Group.
Training Officers are posted in the Branch Offices and are responsible for conducting on-site training at client’s location/units as per scheduled ROTA about the duties and sector related topics. The training is provided through Tab/M-Trainer Van equipped with Training videos, PPTs, Flip-charts etc. They are also accountable for maintaining quality of service at units apart from ensuring proper grooming of security personnel on duty.
GTS Cadre is provided two months of Basic Training at RTA Lucknow / RTA Muzaffarpur to prepare the youngsters for operational duties in Security Sector.
Career for GTS ranges from Area Officer, Grade I, Grade II Operations Manager, Branch I/C and more.
